STELLAR with KEVLAR is an economical, easy-to-use coating with high adhesive properties, allowing it to be applied to almost any surface.

It was developed in response to the needs of equipment fabricators and maintenance departments that require extremely high wear-resistance at a more economical cost than anything currently available.

STELLAR with KEVLAR allows the replacement of expensive high grade steel with coated lower grade steel without sacrificing wear resistance, dimensional stability or structural strength.  

Significant cost savings can be realized by using STELLAR with KEVLAR instead of expensive wear plates, ceramic installations or frequent equipment replacement.  

STELLAR with KEVLAR is a tough, durable solution to protecting coal chutes, tanks, loading areas and other areas where impact and slide abrasion are a problem.

STELLAR with KEVLAR has the flexibility of application that coatings provide. Unlike wear plates, no measuring and cutting is required. The problem of attachment is eliminated, because the coating can be troweled directly onto any surface. It forms a strong bond with most surfaces, so no adhesives, bolts or other means of attachment are necessary.
