ULTRACOAT  is formulated and supplied as a 100% solids, two-part kit.  ULTRACOAT complies with all current VOC regulations.  No VOCs need to be added to ULTRACOAT for easy application..

Chemical Resistant

Ultra Polymers has formulated ULTRACOAT to provide resistance to a wide range of chemical attacks such as acids (even pickle liquors), caustics (all types), fuels, oils, salts and fertilizers.  ULTRACOAT can be used as a protective coating on almost all equipment and surfaces with excellent results.

Easy-to-use

Supplied in pre-measured, two-part kits, ULTRACOAT can be applied by brush, roller, or spray (even on damp surfaces.)  Fast cure times allow for quick turnaround of coated areas.  

Strong Adhesion

ULTRACOAT has one of the highest bonding strengths on the market, even on areas that cannot be properly prepared.  ULTRACOAT 's superior chemical resistance and adhesion assure a long-lasting installation.

Low, Medium and High Build

ULTRACOAT  is formulated to be applied in a single coat thickness of  2-15 mils without runs or sagging.  The applicator can apply ULTRACOAT  to the desired thickness with a minimum number of coats, decreasing the labor costs involved with the application.

Use on Steel, Concrete or Wood
