ULTRACOAT

Coating for harsh environments

Ultracoat is a unique, two-part epoxy coating that is especially effective in resisting harsh chemical attacks of all kinds.  Ultracoat has a highly specialized formulation that allows it to expand and contract, resulting in superior adhesion even in the harshest environments.  It features very low permeability.  Ultracoat is easy to mix and simple to apply.  It  far surpasses the performance of other epoxies in wear resistance and resisting chemical corrosion.

Anti-slip coating

Ultragrip duplicates Ultracoat's exceptional qualities, and with some modifications and the additions of aggregate material, creates a non-slip safety surface ideal for walkways and traction flooring for machinery.  Ultragrip is designed specifically to withstand wet and slippery environments.  It lasts longer than any other non-slip surface available, maintaining its "grip" even in high traffic and heavily abrasive environments.

ULTRALINER

Wear resistant lining

Ultraliner is formulated specifically for extremely high wear resistance.   Ultraliner protects against the combination of impact and heavy wear.  Ultraliner won't crack or fracture like ceramic.   Because Ultraliner is applied as a flowing, liquid coating, it is absolutely suited for application in hard-to-reach areas such as pipes and chutes.  Its exceptional wear resistance makes Ultraliner ideal for coating high wear areas and heavily used equipment.

ULTRATHANE

Flexible epoxy

Ultrathane is a unique, extremely flexible epoxy with an entirely different chemical structure than any other epoxy.  Though it has the exceptional chemical and abrasive resistant qualities as the entire UPI line of products, Ultrathane has the flexibility of rubber.  This rubber-like material is useful in applications ranging from creating gaskets to accommodating freeze/thaw cycles.  Ultrathane retains adhesion even under extreme surface distension and movement.

ULTRACRETE  

High performance mortar

Ultracrete is a concrete-like forumulation specifically for high load-bearing applications.  This two or three part epoxy system including aggregate materials, is at least 4 times stronger than concrete, and in some cases up to 12 times stronger.  Ultracrete has the chemical resistance of UPI epoxies combined with exceptional impact resistance.   Perhaps most significant is Ultracrete's ability to withstand constant expansion and contraction.
